Christmas is just around the corner and where you have planned to celebrate? Let me share a great place where I found it suitable for celebrating the festive moment with your loved ones.

I'm dating friends at Big Apple Restaurant. In this season, they are provide a different range of buffet likes Yuletide Christmas Eve Buffet Dinner on 24th December 2017, Christmas Hi-Tea Brunch on 25th December 2017 and New Year's Eve Buffet Dinner on 31st of December.

How can a Christmas celebration be prepared without serving turkey dish? An authentic Christmas cuisine should include the turkey feast. This time I had found the restaurant prepared some turkey dishes.

Besides the main dishes, there will be having a wide range of seafood like half shelf oyster, scallop, giant clams, green lip, bamboo clam prawns and so on.

There are some main dishes too. Due to much choices of food there, I just picked a bit from all the dishes so that I try all the food there.

My favourite part is the chocolate fountain!!! I keep on dip the marshmallow stick into the chocolate fountain. I can stop doing it..I knew the fat coming to my tummy soon..Haha XD

For people who like a romantic atmosphere, you can visit the hotel's award-winning fine dining restaurant which is known as Samplings on the Fourteenth Restaurant.

The New Year 2018 countdown will be happening at Broadway Lounge from 11.00pm till 2.00am and enjoy the unobstructed view of famous Twin Towers, spending countdown party at the Poolside Gazebo from 9.00pm onwards for an annual Fireworks Extravaganza which will light up the sky.

Magical Festive Season with Pocotee & Friends @ Berjaya Times Square Hotel Kuala Lumpur

Last few weekends, I have a meet up with my friends at Cincin at Cheras. We choose CINCIN because the atmosphere was damn good. Cincin means cheers in Italian. It is the first cozy & elegant restaurant in Cheras, serving Fine Western Cuisine and good selection of Premium Wines and suitable for us to have a gathering and enjoy drinking wine as well.

Cincin was a 2-storey restaurant whereby the ground floor was mainly for beer and casual dining while the 1st floor – wine dining.The dress code have to be smart and casual.

First three course was pairing with white wine. Kinda fun to know about wine and food. FYI, the white wine has to put in the fridge to stay fresh. The white wine that served on that night was Viognier and Arinto year 2015.

CAESAR SALAD
↘ appetizer of the day
The salmon and the vegetables were a perfect match after mixing with the sauce. Really meet my expectation and boost my appetite.

Grill Portobello with Bacon and Cheese
↘ This dish really made me surprised. It was quite juicy and all the essence was burst out after i have bitten it. It would be best if bite a bit and have a sip of red wine! The taste will be more stronger. Trust me =)

Poach Salmon with white wine broth
↘ Salmon was my favourite and it was cooked with white wine. It was quite special. The white wine has bring out the savory taste.

Grilled Lamb Shack with Red Wine Rosemary Sauce
↘ My friend was in love with the lamb shack as the sauce was mixing well the lamb. It was nice to chew and the meat was tender enough.

Crème Brûlée
↘ This dessert was mixing with matcha powder. So, the sweet and bitter taste was in balanced.

Ballerina
↘This dessert was damn interesting. You have to knock the outer mould to have a taste of ice-cream. But before that, do take an Insta-worthy photo!!! If you crave for something sweet, this would be your choice.

Cincin | A memorable dining moment I have

3 more months, we will celebrate Chinese New Year. China Treasure is coming out their Chinese New Year festive set menu for celebrating the brand new year.
